Welcome to R.E.M. Smart Habits! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the R.E.M. Smart Habits mobile application and any related services (collectively, "the Service"). 3. User Accounts

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
